I took advantage of today's rain coupled with mild temperatures to go downcity for some nighttime street photography. This bus stop at Kennedy Plaza is rather nondescript during the day, but it's an amazingly well-lit subject at night. The two early-evening commuters added a bit of depth to the photo with one rummaging through her bag and the other just leaning on a pillar and reading the trivia on the signs.
Post processing started with a warm tone III filter in Topaz B&W FX. I adjusted color sensitivity sliders, adaptive exposure, regions, contrast, protect highlights, and boost black. A levels adjustment was added in PSE.
