I stopped at Bold Point on my way home from work today, and noticed this listing dock with a float tethered alongside. While it looks like the photo was taken at an angle, that's actually not the case. This was perfectly horizontal to the horizon line, and the dock really is off kilter at that dramatic angle. It's an actively used dock, but I can only imagine the fun walking down that dock angled steeply towards the water when there's some chop in the river or when it rains. I'd say some repairs are in order.

Post processing started with a classic filter in Topaz B&W FX. I adjusted color sensitivity sliders, adaptive exposure, regions, contrast, boost black, and protect highlights. A levels adjustment was added in PSE.

Here's the high res version in Smugmug: http://kannafoot.smugmug.com/Photo-Challenges/PAD2014/i-jvFVdPv/0/XL/2014%2008%2014_0016%20copy-XL.jpg
Oh wow, talk about that tilt! I thought the photo was taken on an angle at first but obviously not! A nice find for this photo! :)
