Obviously not the real Big Ben but a water tower on a local old mill and is a 1/4 sized replica of the London clock. It was manufactured and installed around 1891 by the same company that maintained it's famous partner.
It chimes the same quarter and hourly as the Westminster Clock, having 5 bells underneath the actual machinery, which is light up at night on all 4 sides.
Unfortunately, as can be seen by the different times on the 2 faces, it doesn't seem to be working
