Firstly, thank you for all your comments and FAV's, I have been neglecting my thanks lately and I hope you all realise how much I do appreciate them.
Now this was not my planned picture today but after so many requests yesterday, after my auction house photograph, to see the items, here they are.
First I bought the 1864 Scottish tablespoon, mainly because I was getting frustrated as everything seemed to go out of my limit and I just hit the bid button. Great I got it, then I realised I had a 20 mile round journey just to pick up the spoon, there was only one thing to do and that was to hit the button again.
Success with 2 napkin rings and an eggcup, all with the same initials on them. They weren't that old, about early 50's and also two lovely open salts with Bristol Blue glass liners, dated about 1900.
So it made the journey worth while and the sun came out as well. That evening the polish and labels were in action and everything logged in my spreadsheets, I know I'm sad.
Thank you all for your comments and FAV, @rubicon When I collected pottery my youngest used to come in and say, "What TAT have you bought this week, he's changed his tune since I have silver - Oh I've still got the Doulton pottery collection though.
