It has to be a quick one again today as it's Saturday and I'm working on the last match of the season, come on Forest Green Rovers. I will catch up with all your wonderful captures later on this evening.
This is one of my lovely Japanese Acer trees in my front garden, and many people walking by often stopping to have a look, or are they looking at me in the window, no I'll go for the acer.
It doesn't seem long ago that I planted this when it was just 6" high. It's a bit like my big Brother, one moment he was only knee high to a grasshopper and within a few years he was a very tall policeman (retired now) that's what happens when you eat Truncheon meat sandwiches.
I do love this tree and try to look after it as often as needed. I can now sit in my front porch and enjoy it's company.
What a lovely Acer , She must have enjoyed the spot you planted her , perhaps sheltered from the cold winds , and sitting there for you to enjoy her beauty
@ladymagpie We nearly always have football results on, I don’t watch the football itself but love knowing all the results...I always watch out for Forest Green now!
