Inspired by the lovely 'revisist' shots of Italy taken by @brigette, @nicolecampbell & @homeschoolmom , I thought I would look at my 2012 shots with fresh eyes. Three years on I find there are more 'good and bad' in those holiday snaps than I remember. I know the whole edit vs sooc debate can imply that if I was good enough photographer, then my shots would be good enough without too much 'fiddling'. Looking back at those old shots I see what I did wrong & mostly what I was trying to do (but did not know how). But we don't always get a second chance to revisit holiday destinations & do it 'right' do we!
this is edited for a large canvas - so detail is better viewed large.
I wish I had used RAW back then, but that is 20-20 hindsight!! :)
