My third floor hotel room opened onto a (not-so-scenic) carpark, but this afternoon's bonus was a birds eye view of a flock of black kites feeding on a huge swarm of large moth-type flying insects. It gave me 30 minutes much needed practice with the 5D3 moving subject autofocus system.
