It's been a busy week of writing for me, but my Advent devotions are done!! Last year I used pictures from our stained glass windows. This year the booklet features crismons. Crismons are ornaments that bear Christian symbols. In this case the symbols are meant to ready our hearts and minds to celebrate the birth of Christ and to help tell the Christmas story.
@mrssmith Thank you Carla! @digitalrn Thanks Rick. I think it's more contemporary (like within the last century) but the symbols go all the way back to the days of the early church.
It is a shame a lot of us do not write cards anymore, I beleive this is so much part of the holiday season and a wonderful tradition. Wonderful job Ann!!!
