@vposey Thanks Vickie! @mrssmith Thanks Carla! @allie912 Thanks Allison! The idea here was to try something new with your camera. I had actually dug out the NIkon to give that one a go again, but then started playing around with the Canon too. I'll play around with the Nikon some more for next week's shot. As for the processing the three shots are of the same subject, but the first is deliberately over-exposed, the middle is the correct lighting, and the bottom under-exposed. I tried putting them in a collage in Picmonkey, but it was... well... boring! So I jumped over to iPiccy which has some great layouts and decided I liked this one best because of the unique shape. I added a mirror frame to it all and it looked like it was meant to be that way. Thank you so much for the fav!!! @lesphoto Thanks Leslie- I love that mirror frame! It does make the collage look like a stained glass window- especially with this kind of subject matter. @netkonnexion Thank you Netkonnexion! @kimmistephens Thanks Kimmi! @sfeldphotos Thanks Sam! @karenann Thank you Karenann! So good to see you back on line!
@wenbow Thanks Wendy! @salza Thanks Sally! @boogie Thanks Mags! @sangwann Thanks Dione! @cimes1 Thank you Carole! Same plant all three shots, just different exposures. It's interesting how it affects the color. @digitalrn Thanks Rick! @bruni Thanks Bruni! Yes, the mirror frame is available on iPiccy as well as some great collage layouts- many like the old Picnik layouts. @peterdegraaff Thank you Peter. This one just needed something to make it more interesting and I liked the shape of this layout for that reason.
Very cool pic! The processing is neat. Did you use mirror effect or something? Whatever you did, it's neat! Love it. Or is it a collage and I'm just a li'l bit dumb today?
@potsbypam I always shoot in manual but I tend to leave everything in one spot. So it was fun to see what would happen in I deliberately over or under exposed the shot.
!
