Heading towards home from my morning swim. My house is just around the bend up ahead. Thanks to the rain we've had everything is lush and green this June. It makes for a very pretty drive!
@kimmistephens Thanks Kimmi! @melee09 Why thank you Melee! Thank you so much! @digitalrn Thank you Rick! It's quiet until our neighbor with the truck who's muffler is shot decides to go out!!
lovely view; it reminds me of the drive to partner's mother's farm house where we used to live - all the turns and volleys and the greenery, it's a lovely drive, except of course during the summer when the air is filled with the smell of manure hahaha!
@kerristephens Thanks Kerri! @pandorasecho Thanks Dixie- I thought that it was interesting that we both took shots of our street today! @mrssmith Thanks Carla! We haven't had as much as other places, but certainly enough to share. Wish that was possible!
@maggiemae Thanks Maggie- not here on my street. But if you head into town, you'll find plenty! @eudora Thanks Ellen! With no cars on the road, it was easy to come to a stop and take a quick snap from the driver's seat. To go around the bend, see June 1, 5, and 8! @bkbinthecity Thanks Brian! @salza Thanks Sally! (see comment to Ellen) @wenbow Thanks Wendy! See June 1, 5, and 8! @alia_801 Thanks Alia! (see comment to Ellen) @groovygirlrn Thanks Sheri! @sangwann Thanks Dione! (see comment to Ellen)
Ann so many of us are posting pictures of the lovely trees this June..
now this could be anywhere and I'm not too sure if you ever mentioned where abouts you live.. you don't have to tell me if it's too personal..
@lisjam1 Thank you Lisa! I do prefer the flatlands for the most part, but I do love the nature around here. Lately we've had a doe and two fawns passing by each morning but they are too far away for my camera. @bruni Thanks Bruni! No, not personal at all. I live on the eastern side of Pennsylvania in the Pocono region. I am not too far from the area where NY, NJ and PA touch corners. The Delaware Water Gap, a notch in the stone mountains that divide PA and NJ (carved by the Delaware River) is also within 15 minutes of my house. If you look at a map of PA, I'm near the city of Stroudsburg. @automaticslim Thank you Automatic! @zshadowwalker Thank you Adrian!
