Banana at the door! Knock, knock.

Who's there?
Orange.
Orange who?
Orange you going to let the banana in?!
One of my son Erick's favorite jokes when he was 5. Yeah, he was cute alright!
My apologies to everyone who commented on the first upload of this shot. For some reason the picture only came up half way so I had to delete it and repost. So far it looks good, so hopefully it will stay this way. Thanks again to all!
Steuben glass I take it? I have some of these I believe. In fact during my first few months on 365, I photographed many of my colored glassware only just pictured in a row...nothing creative like this. Good job & cute joke ;-)
@paulavdmerwe Thank you Paula! @kimmistephens Thank you Kimmi! @filsie65 Thanks Phil! @cimes1 Thanks Carole! Yes that's actually what I meant to type- Steuben glass bought in W. Va, not far from Steubenville where the glass was made. It was way too late when I typed this! I actually think I remember some of your glass shots because I love antique glass! @lyno Thanks Lyn- I'm glad you're enjoying them! @automaticslim Thanks Andy! The object of this challenge is to create a pattern across the week on your calendar- so my thought is to fill the picture with as much color as possible for the overall rainbow effect when the week is done- if that makes any sense!
@prttblues Thanks Bev. No, it's a candle holder (glass pedestal with glass cover- Early American replica). This shot is looking through the glass cover to its top. As far as the joke goes, I was just trying to put something interesting down about the color orange when I remembered how my son used to think this joke was so funny. He'd tell it to me over and over again (of course he was only 5!). @automaticslim Thanks Andy! Yes, I think it's looking good so far!
Thank you Kerri, Sally, Maggie, Alia (yes there is a trend!), Dione, Rick and Vikki! Off to prep for company- will be back later!
@kimmistephens Thank you Kimmi!

Thank you Laura!
Thank you Allison! The fun thing is that I can still see him at 5 telling me this and laughing at how funny it was (to him!).
