It's been a long time coming, but I've finally renewed my passport and I can now meet up with my long time 365 friend Vikki Summerfield! Next step- coordinating her schedule and a visit from my granddaughter.
yay for the new passport! finally! wooo-hoooo! can't wait but i hope it wouldn't be on the weekend of the 4th of july as i'm flying to chicago to visit my brother and i'm flying back to toronto on the 7th.
Creative shot, Ann. Glad you got your passport renewed. I got mine in 2010 and have yet to even get a stamp in it. I hope you can coordinate your trip and have a blast.
Thank you Kerri, Bev, Carole, Sally, Alexandra, and Rick! So nice of you to comment on this silly shot. I'm looking forward to meeting Vikki at Niagara Falls. It's somewhat of a midway point for her and I when I go up to visit my son and his family outside of Rochester. I'm pretty sure it's going to be the highlight of my summer!
@summerfield No problem! We have son #2 and his family visiting us during that time frame. We are waiting to hear from son #1 as to when he can meet us half way to bring Leigh here for a visit. My plan is to bring her all the way home. I'll plan to stay for a few days so I can also see you. The weeks in discussion right now are the latter half of the first full week, the 14th to 19th, or the 21st to 25th and several variations on those dates. As soon as Becky and Erick decide their end of the visit, I'll know my end. LOL I'm looking forward to Leigh's visit, but can't wait to bring her home as well as we've wanted to do this since my first year here on 365!! (If it turns out that the return trip and your schedule don't mix, I'll make a separate one to visit you and just do the halfway thing with Erick to get Leigh home- so let me know if there are any other dates that are bad for you.)
Nice to see Piggy again and he is so excited. How wonderful to be planning a visit. Love the moment in your life that you've captured in this image - fav for the pure happiness that radiates from it.
