It's been lightly snowing all day and hasn't accumulated all that much. The big storm that is supposed to hit the Northeast will barely touch us from what we can tell, so I'm happy about that! The snowfall did add a nice background to all my bird shots today, but it was this little fellow who eventually won the spot for today's post. I love all the snowflakes caught on his head!
@fullcircle Thanks Cindy! The cold doesn't seem to bother them and this year they all look on the plump side so I guess they're well-insulated!
@maggiemae Thanks Maggie- they are acrobats! He's even got one leg/paw tucked up towards his chest in this shot, so technically he's only holding on with three!
Great capture! We're getting socked by that blizzard right now, work was canceled for tomorrow. Am hoping we get a foot and not two or three feet of snow.
