You take one look away, and just like that- he's gone. Same thing happened to this month. It seems like I just got started with "Flash of Red February" and it's gone!
Many thanks to all who participated and commented on my shots. The positive response and feedback to this theme was so helpful in getting me through the second coldest winter on record!
Beautiful shot. Love the different textures and lines between all and the tail . ( Sorry for the poor explanation) Fav. Hope spring will soon comes you way.
This is a darling and well composed shot. I think it is cute seeing just part of the squirrel's tail. Thank you for moderating the Flash of Red challenge. I had fun and learned lots about BW.
Love it!
Great capture Ann!
I also can't believe how fast this month went by, that's fine with me it has been the worst winter ever for us!
Thanks again Ann, great job organizing everything, I learned so much!
Great shot, Ann. Love that the only part left of the furry friend is his tail! Congrats on getting through the Flash of Color February! You made it! And survived the frigid temps to boot!
HA!!! I love this and the details are outstanding!!! My squirrels won't leave!! I have to chase them away!! Perfect way to end your month of B/W!! Are you ready for some color now or do you like taking photos in B/W? FAV!
I love this Ann. It's a great B&W capture and fun as well.Just think how difficult this would have been to capture if you had set out to capture a disappearing squirrel! I've enjoyed following your Flash of Red February images. As it's officially March now I'm off out to capture some signs of spring:-)
A very great and symbollic shot to end the challenge with! Thank you for hosting the challenge Ann! I've learned so much and I've really appreciated your feedback and comments!
Brilliant end to the month! I love how you caught part of his tail like that! It has really been a cold month for us. Thank you taking the time to organize the flash of red challenge. It made the miserable month more enjoyable, and it did fly by!!
Fav......Fun image to say the least. Love how the tail of the squirrel fits so well with the caption and you certainly captured some great textures in this one.
Well thank you so much for organizing this. I really learned a lot, even though I didn't get to put it all into practice yet. This is a great shot. Love the contrasts between the areas of sharp detail, and the blurry ones. Took me a while to figure out I was looking at a squirrels tail though. Ha, ha. Now I understand the caption. :-)
Great capture Ann!
