Harvested

Back out in the garlic fields today! This time I visited Apple Ridge Farm in Saylorsburg, PA. Once the soil has been loosened and the garlic pulled it is bundled in bunches and brought to the barn to be hung for drying. This is New York White Garlic waiting on the trailer to be taken to the barn. Once it dries it will be cleaned and trimmed.
