Sam's mom is quite the gardener. This tree had been struggling but with a little TLC and some brush removal, Becky has brought it back to full-bloom. She's planning to make jelly with the berries. Sam just liked all the flowers!
Thank you all for the views, comments, and favs! And apologies for the lame mass thank you but it was the only way to get out quickly to view your shots before I turn in for the night!
I thought I had put the name of this tree in my commentary but see now that I'd only put it in the tag. So for those who asked, this is an Elderberry Tree. I'm not sure what the jelly tastes like- or more accurately I don't remember what the jelly tastes like since it's been many years (MANY!! years) since I had some. My grandmother used to make it. I have also heard of some using the fruit for Elderberry wine.

Thank you Rick and Julia! I'm looking forward to tasting whatever Becky makes from the flowers this Fall.
