Sam's Choice #5 by olivetreeann

Sam's Choice #5

Just before Sam set off to stalk the bunny he noticed this little tomato getting ready for a burst of red. "You should take picture of this Grammy!" he said. So, I did!
This looks great

Sounds like the two of you are having a wonderful time. Reminds me of a favorite song lyric "There are just two things in life that money can't buy and that's true love and home grown tomatoes."

I love the processing of this with the layers. There is so much promise in a green tomato on the vine.

I did tomatoes from my nephews garden but never got around to posting. Thinking maybe I couple with a red one. Like what you have done here.

Thank you to one and all! My apologies for being awol the last few days. I was helping a friend out with her four-day yard sale and needless to say with the temps in the 90's it plum wore me out!! One more busy day tomorrow and then a string of nice quiet days at home where I can finally catch up for good!

@nicolecampbell That would be fun, but I'm sure by the next time I'm there (mid-Sept) this tomato will be history!

And thanks to all who fav'd this shot and put it on the PP for a bit. Your observations about Sam may be true. He's only 5 right now and what interests him may change from year to year, but I hope he keeps his interest in photography going because he is very observant and I would love to be the one who nurtures his photographic skills!
