These little knick-knacks sit on the windowsill by my kitchen sink. The little church and little general store I bought at a gift shop. They're little reminders of what's important to me- my faith and my family (my Dad owned a general store in Vermont). The little goblet came from Israel. It's made out of olivewood. The little star is an eraser that my granddaughter Leigh gave me a few years back as a Christmas present. I have a lot of these little things and they each have a story!
No need to comment on all of my uploads today! I've been awol due to an extremely busy schedule and overall (but not serious so don't worry) holiday slump which has left me tired and under-motivated to keep up with 365! But I missed you all, so I determined in my mind that it was time to get back on track!

Thank you Chris, Katy, Lyn, Diane, Nina and Taffy! I have to say this "Americana" style is something I have throughout my whole house! I just love the simplicity of it. Thanks for sticking by me after being awol for so long without an excuse!
