I can see three of them in this shot which is very beautiful and very nicely composed. Fav. I once went on a photo outing with my son and son-in-law and it was very enjoyable but their interest in photography has faded since then.
@jo38 Thank you Jo! We actually had 9 photographers at this outing (including yours truly) so there were a few more wandering around other parts when this shot was taken.
@mittens Thank you Marilyn! @allie912 Thank you Allison! @bruni Thank you Bruni! They are a fun group and whenever or wherever we go, it looks much the same- everyone spread out and finding their own muse.
@nicolecampbell Thank you Nicole! Yes, it's usually like that which is something I enjoy about the group.
@pandorasecho Thank you Dixie! Yes, it's a fun group- sort of a live version of 365 without the international aspect- although we do have quite a few of us who've moved to PA from other states.
@leggzy Thank you Leggzy! @sangwann Thank you Dione and thanks so much for the fav! Actually there are four of them in this picture. There is one in a green coat in front of the fellow in the white jacket- but she almost blends into the greenery! I sort of remember some photos you posted from that photo shoot- it was a while ago, wasn't it? I'm sorry they're not into it as much but maybe it will re-emerge again sometime. Tell them that's what you want for Christmas- a photo outing and then dinner. (o:
@cruiser Thank you Chris! Yes, it is. We hold them once a month and we go to different places all the time. It's a lot of fun.
@thistle Thank you Joyce and thank you so much for the fav!
@ninaganci Thank you Nina! And thanks for the fav! I know what you mean- I think it's the activity and the fact that each is somewhat "in their own world" but you can tell what that is by what they're doing. Who knew a candid capture would have such feeling!
@francoise Thank you Francoise! And there were a few more wandering around other parts, plus one behind me taking a picture of the barn from another angle. They are a fun group to be a part of.
@randystreat Thanks Kathy! Yes, I remember a few shots you said you'd taken with your club. Too bad we don't live closer- we could do a joint photo shoot!
@wendyfrost Thanks Wendy! I think the tripod was the gal in the green coat's set-up. It's a fun group- we usually start out in about the same spot- but very quickly move off towards whatever inspires us.
@cjphoto Thanks Chris! It really is fun to see everybody start out in about the same spot and quickly spread out to different spots. And of course- I am always drawn to the peeling paint and rust!
