It had rained on and off all day yesterday and I even heard the rain falling in the early morning hours today, but by the time I got up, the sun had made its debut for the day. The trees were dotted with tiny raindrops pulled down from the canopy by gravity and decorating each branch with its own little diamond. I put the macro lens on the T3i and went out into the backyard in search of a 30 Days Wild shot using one of those drops. Note to self- attempting to take macro pictures within 10 minutes of awakening is NOT helpful when focusing! This was one of two shots that were in focus of the 30 or so I took! But it will do for today.
