Florescent Rocks Globe by olivetreeann

Florescent Rocks Globe

We took Leigh to Sterling Mine yesterday before we dropped Jeff's van off to the mechanic. Sterling has one of the largest displays of florescent mineral rocks in the world- and many of them can be found right there! I thought it would be fun to put some of them into a globe.
Definitely the perfect subject matter for this globe app. I never even knew there were fluorescent rocks.

Fabulous presentation

You have a globe app obviously! Would be rather nice if it was real and sitting on your coffee table!

That's so interesting to look at, like the way you've processed the individual minerals too.

Awsome. never knew there're florescent rock. I know I made a glove once, but don't have the app anymore and when I googled for it, they tell me not available in Canada.

Where is this? We have a few florescent rocks at work and I am interested in finding out more about them.

@maggiemae It's not an app on my computer, it's at this website under "multi-picture frames". You can use it any time for free. I erase their logo though. http://funny.pho.to/

@helenhall @henrir @Dawn @maggiemae @joansmor @louannwarren @grammyn @wendyfrost @pandorasecho @golftragic @mave @claudiet @kerristephens

Thank you everyone! These photographs were all taken under black light that's why the colors pop as they do. I'll be posting more from this trip here and there. I actually have a back-log of photos to post! Glad you enjoyed the globe- and yes Maggie, it would be neat to have on the coffee table- or as an ornament on your Christmas tree.
