The Vernal Pool at Hermes Preserve

Our photo club had two photo walks this week and I'll be filling in all my blank spaces with shots from them!


One of the features of Hermes Paradise Creek Preserve is its two vernal pools. These pools only exist when there is water to fill them. Once the water drains they "disappear" until wet weather fills them again.
