Thanks to one and all for the views, comments, and favs! This squash is a variation of the traditional acorn squash. You cook them the same way. They have a nice sweet taste too.

@grammyn It went pretty well considering it was a gray and damp day which always stiffens me up. But the sun is back today and I seemed to have bounced back from the achy and sore joints of yesterday well enough. I saw the dr. for my one-month check up and he's thrilled with my progress. So I'm feelin' pretty good right now!
