I will be in Texas for a few days celebrating my mother-in-law's 90th birthday! I'm pretty sure my comments will be spotty and my posts non-existent during the visit. But I will be back and finally start truly catching up upon my return!
@nannasgotitgoingon Oh my Elisa- it's been a while since I processed this so I'm not sure I'll remember exactly- but I can tell you this; my two most-used programs are Smart Photo Editor and Befunky. If I used Smart Photo Editor, I probably applied the illustration effect and some sort of texture. If I used Befunky, I probably applied one of their cartoon effects which makes the photo look like a drawing. I most definitely added some sort of texture- but I may have done that in Smart Photo Editor no matter which program I used to convert the photo into a drawing. I most likely gave the colors a shot of vibrance so that they stayed true to the bright red of the fire engine. The final touch appears to be a vignette around the outer edge and a thin black frame. I hope that answers your question sketchy as it may be!
