@ludwigsdiana @robz They are made of wool "fuzz" and rolled up like a ball. You put them in the dryer instead of a dryer sheet and they help keep the static electricity down. I was skeptical as to how well they would work when someone first gave them to me, but I have to say they do the job quite well! And if you're allergic to or are trying to stay away from the chemicals they use in dryer sheets they're a great alternative.
