Thanks Anna @annaruth I was in Picnik and trying out the different effects when I found it, but I forget what it was called. Thanks Rick- I forget what it's called- something like fragmenting? Cindy the rose really was gorgeous and the processing didn't change the color all that much which I was pleased about. Thanks Mrs. Smith- the effects are all from Picnik. I forget what the effect on the pic is but the frame is a museum mat and I just changed the inner and outer color to compliment the color of the rose. Thanks again everyone!
