Some of my friends and I took a trip "down the shore" (as they say in NJ) today. After a week of walking around Boston, and then a week of heavy duty cleaning at Judy's house, it was glorious to just sit, read and chat to the sound of the waves hitting the shore! We left the beach as the sun was beginning its descent and I captured a shot of this withered Marsh Mallow (that's the name of the plant) basking in the glory of the golden hour.
Exceptional capture and colours, Anne. FAV for me. Going to the beach for an hour's swim is an everyday occurance for us. In Malta you lose most of the fun if you can't swim.
@prttblues Thanks Bev! Wow- you're commenting on a lot of pics- I was wondering if you were down and out for a few days with that shoulder or your back. Hope you're ok!
