Gardening

I do not know what your portion of Eden looks like, nor do I know what it sounds like each day as it blinks and shuffles and murmurs and whistles its way into being. I will say this: it is the portion of the Eden that you have been given for this season of your journey. The portion of Eden that I have been given is fairly modest- and it is more than I ever hoped for.

Digging In

My little Eden consists of three small circular gardens in the front yard with a hodge-podge collection of transplanted flowers and ground covers, plus several pots decorating the back deck. I must admit sometimes I wish it was a bit more whimsical and photogenic. But all in all, it's exactly what I can handle and it is especially lovely in the Spring.

It sounds very nice and inviting Ann. Since we live in town, we do not have a large area to work with, however considering the majority of city homes have very little yard, we feel fortunate, and with the fencing and patio, we kind of created our own little Eden last year. It definitely provides for some more privacy. Would still like to have a Country home.

Nice shot, Ann. Love the processing to black and white and like the presentation. It's awesome you have a green thumb. If I ever visit, don't let me near your garden! Job well done! :)

@prttblues Thank you Bev! Oh, don't worry about my plants. There's no way you can hurt them- they are growing in the worst soil ever so if they can survive in that, they can survive in anything!
