Memorabilia

I've been doing a little more sorting through the mementos I brought home from Vermont. These two shots are pages from a guest book that used to be in my grandmother and grandfather's home. The top page sports an enthusiastic note from me and the bottom has a rather funny notation about my Aunt Jane.
Great memorabilia. Love the clean handwriting. I cannot write like that anymore. My writing is like scribbling. I'm still amazed how my secretary (in days gone by) used to manage to read it.

Those were the days .... when people wrote handwritten notes. Wonderful memories to cherish.

Although it's so difficult to read, I do enjoy the old handwriting and writing styles.

Thank you Dione, Rick, Carole, Kerri, Carla, and Kathryn! Although I did my best to bring up the contrast it is a bit difficult to read. My note says, July 23, 1967 Ann L. Hamilton (that's my maiden name) I love the farm! And the other says, Cynthia Stockbridge, 10 Ridge Terrace, April, 27, 1946, as guest of Jane Hamilton, who has no shoes or stockings on now!

@nicolecampbell Thank you Nicole! I'm thinking of passing this on to my Aunt (who lost her shoes and stockings). I think she'd get a kick out of that.
@twr Thanks Timothy!
