CD Moon

I was doing some "house cleaning" in my photo files today. I back them up on CD and then delete all but my favorites from the computer. But for some reason, my lap top did not like this CD. After about a dozen attempts to get it to record the pictures, I got so frustrated I popped the CD out of the slot and gave it a good crack! Have you ever snapped something or broken an inanimate object to get even with it. Even though you know they have absolutely NO feelings, it somehow feels good to render it totally useless! I was ready to toss the CD in the garbage when I saw the light casting a really cool ripple effect on the torn (Is that stuff the info gets written on magnetic?) silvery part of the CD that's sandwiched in between the plastic coverings. Whatever it is, it looked pretty cool, so I turned it into a crazy shot!
Cool effect! Sorry about the cd

It is a cool effect. Every once in a while, my computer will do the same thing. Must be a flaw in that CD or something.

My eldest daughter does this all time, she will often kick whatever it was that she tripped over because it was the objects fault and not hers!

Very cool pattern. Sometimes one needs to vent and using inanimate objects can be very rewarding!

LOL! Venting with inanimate objects that can't talk back can help at times. At least you got a cool photo for the day out of it ;-)

Oh yes I have. My old computer I used to slap all the time. It can be so frustrating, it just makes you feel a little better for about a second

Thank you Kerri, Lisa, Nicole, Yao, Hope, Timothy, Sally, Carole, Rick, Dione, Henri, and Carla!

After reading your comments I have decided that
1) you are wonderful people! and
2) I should probably open up a 365 branch of Inanimate Object Attackers Anonymous as soon as possible. We all need help!
