Actually this was the display I put out for my talk on coffee, tea and hot chocolate that I did at women's ministry tonight. The little porcelain chairs and settee, along with the tea set had belonged to my mother. There are a few more pieces to it, but I only brought along what you see here. Mom had them on display in a corner cupboard in the home where I grew I up. I would look through the glass and wonder what kind of little people sat upon them to have tea.
The little glass flowers came from my grandmother's home in Brielle, NJ. My aunt told me that she used them for place settings when she entertained. My did that sound elegant!
@pandorasecho Thanks Dixie! Yes, my imagination came up with all kinds of scenarios! Not pictured is the little grand piano, coffee table, chest of drawers and a few more chairs. Somewhere along the line the lid to the tea pot was lost- or perhaps a little fairy boy broke it.

@vesna0210 Thank you Vesna. It is only part of the set- there are more chairs, a little piano, a table and chest of drawers too. I always admired them when my mother had them on display. Now I'm the one who's displaying them.
