While the Neighbor Was Out

I was on my way out to hang up the bird feeder this morning and discovered my neighbor had a visitor in his yard.

Oh - no way!!! How cool!!! I never have a deer in my yard. I only managed to get that one last fall when I was on my way to the wizard's. What a great find, Ann! She's so lovely!! And she looks so relaxed and not even bothered that you have spotted her!

Thank you all! Another busy day has me once again thanking you en masse! You are so patient with me! But that does give me more time to look at your pictures so I guess it all works out in the end. For those of you who asked- SHE is not lost (no antler is a giveaway to the sex). Deer wander all over our community and it's not uncommon to see them. When we first moved here, I thought it was a nice touch to living in the "country". But now they are more or less a nuisance! They still make for a good picture though.

@summerfield FYI It's a bag of leaves- he collects them in the bags and then burns them.
