I had every intention of getting up, going out to run errands and ending up at a cemetery to get a new graveyard shot for today's word. But today the spirit was willing and the flesh was just too tired from yesterday's cleaning job! But then, if I hadn't stayed home, I would never have seen the new visitor in my backyard who's posted in my 365 album today.
However, this graveyard is an October shot- October 15th last year in fact, so it counts "somewhat". The critters will have to use their imagination to wander through the historic graves of Dingman's Cemetery, but thanks to the wonders of photo processing it actually looks like they have been there.
@kerristephens Thank you Kerri! @dibzgreasley Thank you Debs! I thought about processing it a bit darker, but I think I like the warmer colors that were original this shot. @homeschoolmom Thank you Lisa! @susale Thank you Suse! @francoise Thank you Francoise- just one more picture for the 31st. Have lots of fun with the processing! I always do! There are 3 that I use on line and they are free (Ribbet.com, iPiccy.com, BeFunky.com). I think there are a few more floating out there, but I've always had plenty of options with those. I'm looking forward to seeing what you'll come up with. @skstein Thank you Sandy! @ceilidh Thank you Margaret!
Cool processing, Ann. Sounds like the cleaning wiped you out. If I did even a quarter of what you did, I probably would be immobile and taking photos of my ceiling or something that was in zoomable distance from my bed or my sofa.
@prttblues Thanks Bev! I think I was my "own worst enemy" in a way. It's that transitional time between warmer fall days and colder fall days and I was afraid my joints would do me in by lunch so I took some nuprin ahead of time- but it gave me a false sense of mobility so I went gangbusters on the stairs. The next day the truth came out!
