Some of you may remember my month of rust shots in July. Well, tonight they were featured in a slide show at the start of the camera club meeting. Afterwards, Eric our president said, "Only Ann can make rust look artistic!" (and it was a compliment really!). The local camera shop sponsors a bi-monthly competition and they announced the winners of the most recent one. The two themes chosen this time were "slide" and "tracks". You may remember this picture of Isaac from our visit to him last Labor Day. When the shot I had in mind didn't pan out, I decided to go with this one. It won! And lastly the membership approved my nomination to 2nd VP. So it was a really big night for me!!
Congratulations on a successful and big night, Ann! I can only imagine how happy you were to have firstly won, and secondly been approved as 2nd VP. You should be very proud. You are very creative and artistic with your shots. You should celebrate.
