I was taking a back road on the way home from the ladies' luncheon today and came upon an "angel of mercy"- another motorist who'd spotted this fellow crossing the road and had stopped her car and gotten out to move him by hand. I think she thought I was being nice by slowing down and pulling over with my blinker on as she waved thank you when she pulled away. But I'd just pulled over to get my camera out so I could take his picture! I would have taken her mission of mercy too- but I didn't get the camera out in time! LOL

Yes Joan, I think I would have put him a little bit further into the greenery there. But I'm sure he kept on going after we left.
@texastrails Thanks Allie! I thought it was incredibly nice of that woman to help him along and I wanted to take her picture too but I didn't want to scare her either so I let that one go since I didn't get the camera out that quickly.
