Dining Out

I was at Judy's house today and before I went home (and while I was waiting for the car to cool down!) I took some shots of all the bees and other flying things collecting the pollen from the wildflowers by the road. I'm not sure what this is, other than it's a wasp of some sort.

My toy shot today was a bust (bad lighting), so I'll retake it tomorrow and post it then.
Whatever it is, you certainly got a great shot of it working away.

@aikimomm @maggiemae @thistle @dibzgreasley @glendq @cruiser @thresheg @kerristephens @grammyn @francoise @bkbinthecity @susale @salza @pyrrhula @wendyfrost @altadc

Thank you Phoebe, Maggie, Joyce, Debs, Glendq. Chris, Graham, Kerri, Katy, Francoise, Brian, Suse., Sally, Ferry, Wendy and Alta!

@maggiemae It's fairly large as wasps go; the flowers are tall, but slender and the blossoms are very small.

I was most impressed by the macro capabilities of the Olympus!
