The assignment this week was to let "family" be your inspiration and to depict the subject without any people. Whenever I hear the word family, I often think of my family tree but I didn't think I'd have time to find the perfect tree to symbolize that concept this week. But I am a firm believer in obstacles being a means to think more creatively and as I thought about it, I realized a vine could be a very nice substitute and I have one growing right on my deck! My family tree is like a vine which has a main shoot and many branches off of it. How fun to know that now I can look back on the branches and see parents, grandparents and several generations beyond them as well as looking forward to see children and grandchildren!

Great Idea!
@pandorasecho Thanks Dixie- I really did want to include people, but the assignment stated "no people" so I did what they wanted! This theme reminded me of a wwyd picture I did a long time ago! http://365project.org/olivetreeann/themes-and-comp/2015-05-31
