Another "catch-up" shot for the 52 Week Challenge. This time it's the Blue Hour and while I might be able to say I shot this picture just after the blue hour passed, it doesn't qualify because every speck of blue in this shot was post-processed! Maybe I should say I spent an hour on processing this in blue- then it would be truly a blue hour!
