Thanks to the generosity of one of Jeff's contracting friends we are enjoying some special time together this Christmas before we head down to Kentucky to visit with our son and his family. We took a REALLY blustery walk along Barnegat Bay today. The winds were gusting up to 32 mph! And it was cold!!! So don't let the sun and blue sky of this shot fool you. That being said, it was still nice to be outside, camera in hand enjoying the beauty of the coastline. It certainly wasn't like the Christmases of my past, and probably won't become the routine for the future, but for today, it was just right!
So to all my 365 friends, I wish you the best blessings from above on this Christmas day and the joy of looking forward to a year full of photo opportunities and great shots in 2018!
So photos can lie this looks like it should be an absolutely gorgeous day!! And I love the way the lighthouse towers above the cloud bank - really emphasizes it's height.
Thanks all for all the views and comments- plus the short stint on the PP! We head out for KY tomorrow, but it has really been a nice stay!
