Ok, had to play with the globe one more time! I started wondering what it would look like if it was based on black background instead of the white backgrounds I'd done before. Light-writing seemed to be a good subject for that treatment. I promise- I'll leave them alone for a while now.
was there an option in that website to change the background to black? i don't think i noticed it. but yes, depending on the photos involved, the black background enhances it more. aces!
Thank you to one and all! I think the words "what if" is the best way to start off your creativity when it comes to post processing! Glad you liked this one. I truly appreciate all the views, comments and favs which put it on the PP.
@summerfield No, Funny Photo does not have a way to make it black instead of white. I saved the picture, then went to Ribbet, cloned out the words under the globe, saved it again and then brought it into my Smart Photo Editor where I applied a preset which turned the background to black and put the orange shadow underneath, erased it from the globe and then played with the contrast to make the background even darker (once again erasing the effect from the globe so it stood out). Too much time but the result was as awesome as I thought it would be.
@helenhall If you could make a 3D version the potential would be limitless! From something like this to family photos- Christmas gifts galore!

@onewing Thank you Babs! I imagine it would look great with a number of different color backgrounds- but I will hold off on trying them for a while!
