@catcarter19 Many post processing programs have similar effects to this one- some go by the name "posterize" "graphic art" even "cartoon". It takes some digging to find them. But I'm sure your program has something similar somewhere in it so try looking for it. I use Smart Photo Editor. But I've seen similar effects to this on other projects- some using the standard Photo Shop and some with other programs. You could definitely do this with your processing skills!
