I'm still VERY new to night time photography, but it's been fun getting my feet wet.
Every year at Christmas time, these lights go up on 4th St in downtown L.A. Just one block long from Spring to Main, but it is an impressive display, and I like the reflection in the windows, too.
I make a habit of driving by just to enjoy the sparkly-ness.

I'd like to get another angle on it before the season is over, but I tried to capture the whole thing and it's so bright that a large part of it at the far end was just glare. I'll have to try different settings and see if I can compensate for that.

Paul and I already know each other, although I haven't seen him in AGES. He's the one that got me addicted...uh, I mean he's the one that introduced me to 365. LOL
@pasadenarose You are welcome. It would be a lot of fun to meet up with other 365ers. One lived where I live years ago and one moved from Sacramento and timing was not meant to be. Not everyone wants to get together as there is one gal in Elk Grove close to where I live but one day I will find someone close by and get together. The guy that got me on here was a classmate in Elementary School, then a High School Classmate that I reconnected with after many years followed me on here and lives in Washington state so not happening with her. It is so interesting finding that so many have connections to each other and of course the passion for photography. What a wonderful site. I have to try to get caught up again. It is so addicting and love it and have made friends so instead of just a short comment we may chat back and forth but would not change any of it as it has literally changed my life.
