There are a couple of pomegranate trees in The Garden, and I noticed one with a sign asking visitors to kindly refrain from picking the fruit before its time.
oh, oh. Don't let anyone named Eve in there! Whose garden? how funny to see the sign. That will surely tempt someone even more! I love the perspective of the shot to show the fruit and the sign so well and the little spots of light shining through the leaves.
@grammyn This is THE Garden where I have taken most of my plant and lizard photos (orange grove, artichokes etc in addition to endless flowers) It's a treasure trove of photo opportunities.
And EVEryone seems to be very respectful of proper harvest times (hopefully EVE will, too). Even the orange grove didn't get stripped clean, even though signs inform visitors that it is ok to take ONE orange. There was still plenty left to make fundraising marmalade for the garden.
And there is a new crop of oranges ripening. I have a shot of some new green oranges to post. Gee it's about a month old already...I'm SO far behind in my album. Oy!
Thank you! :-)

Actually I AM done, I just need to get them sorted, edited and posted. :-) I've been a lazy slug.
