I was searching food photos and this one popped out at me. After seeing your more recent yellow and green peppers I thought this might be yours. I was right and I found that red pepper to go with the other two!
May I ask how you created this?

@paulacryer Hi Paula. The mirror image is just that - I placed the red chilli on a mirror. The backdrop was white foam board, I used an off camera flash to light it all, then processed in Lightroom, I think I tweaked Highlights and a few other settings. I hope this is helpful. Peter
