Market Day

It's Saturday, it's Market Day!

Here we have houmous (if you prefer British English), or hummus (if your preference is American English). Not Greek (as some think) but of Levantine origin. Whatevs (as I believe is the vernacular), it's gorgeous with some crunchy veg!
