We've invited friends around for a Palestinian feast tonight, so I'm busy into prep and thought I'd better get a shot whilst I had the chance. You might recall I had a Christmas gift of a cook book featuring Palestinian-inspired recipes, Zaitoun, by Yasmin Khan. It has been a wonderful experience discovering some new flavours and combinations.
