This is an old Jamie Oliver recipe (which he adapted from an original American Italian dish, I think, called Chicken tetrazzini). It's basically chicken and mushroom in a white wine and cream sauce mixed with pasta and baked in the oven (with lots of parmesan). Or, what I call "a heart attack on a plate". And it's gorgeous...
