Fresh Baked

Who would have thought a loaf of bread would be the highlight of the day? Today I baked my first-ever loaf of bread and was so happy with the result. It not only looked good but it tasted great and was so easy to make! James Beard said "good bread is the most fundamentally satisfying of all foods..." Who am I to argue?
