Acccctuuuually, while I cut the limbs against the house to 5' lengths (for city pick-up) and the pile of small branches-and-needles is greatly diminished from me bagging several bags (for city pick-up), these weren't our two downed branches. These are in our neighbors' yard, but they're such good neighbors and friends, I told them I would just take care of their downed branches with ours. Pruners, loppers and a cross-cut saw.
