I guess it’s time…

My laptop has indicated that replacement should be soon for a couple/few years now, but this is actually Clare’s laptop.

I tried what I could. Son-in-law Neal tried some things remotely. No change. So now it’s in the pile of things to take out east on our next visit: Neal really likes problem-solving.

So now I’m asking Neal about specifications for our next laptop … which Clare and I are going to try to share. We think we can make it work, as little as she used the dead one. Mainly she used it for things that were just too clunky to do on her phone.

This comatose laptop
Purchased 04 Sept. 2014, $479.99 (+ tax)
My, slow, but usable laptop
Purchased 19 March 2015, $429.99 (+ tax)

Sorry! I recommended my wife and I share a computer...but she wanted her own! And it has been a good idea!

@thewatersphotos Fast-forwarding to September, it's working out fine. Clare doesn't really like using a computer and our SIL revived the one shown above, so when she needs a laptop, she has her old one which is quite adequate!
